The bookcase is a wonderful colour and shape and the mellow finish on the ormolou mounts make these shelves very attractive.

Item Description / Dealer Expertise

A fine 19th century set of kingwood and Walnut Veneered open bookshelves with gilded ormolu mounts.

The front of the bookshelves are of serpentine shape with a cabriole leg form of the two sides. The bookcase has two shelves which can be adjusted by unscrewing the cross bars.
