A rare Worcester mug of bell shape, printed in black with two Chinoiserie subjects Le Feu and La Terre, one with an archer seated at a tea stall, the other with a lady standing by potted plants, a gardener kneeling beside her.

These subjects represent two of the elements and derive from paintings by Boucher engraved by Pierre Aveline. These are listed by Cook, items 35 and 108. The same prints appear on Bow apparently printed from the same copperplate.
