JVJ specialise in high-end cufflinks and necklaces, turning original artwork of animals and wildlife into stunning jewellery. Their designs are collaboration between James Veale and his childhood friend Edward Waites, the internationally acclaimed sculptor whose clientele includes a number of royal families around the world. Their unique approach combines traditional techniques with the latest technology; every piece captures each tiny detail and all the wonderful character for which Edward has become renowned.
Lovingly hand-finished in James’ workshop in Ely, Cambridgeshire, every piece bears a London hallmark.
James was born in Hitchin, Hertfordshire in 1988, and attended The King’s School, Ely, where he met Edward. It was here that James discovered and developed his talent for art and creation. More recently James refined his skill through the study of Design at Loughborough University, graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts.
