Established in the 1960s, Petersfield offers 42 stands of very traditional, friendly specialist dealers. Many are members of BADA or LAPADA, and offer quality at affordable prices.Surrounded by pay-and-display carpark, and with an excellend caterer, Petersfield Fair makes a really good day out, with the charming market town to explore. The Chester Antiques Show brings together around 50 good dealers from across Britain, to display & sell a wide variety of quality Art and Antiques to the good folk of Cheshire. But visitors come from across Britain too, as Chester is such a lovely place to visit. The show was established in 1989, and runs in February and October. The Racecourse is part owned by caterers and thus offers visitors a most enjoyable selection of food and wine alongside the antiques - with 3 different restaurants, one on each floor of the Fair. Open Thursday to Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 11am-5pm. Admission is £5, but complimentary tickets available vis the website. Free Parking.
