Introduction

Gallery Tiny Esveld was established in 1995 by Tiny Esveld. Since that time the business has grown to become a leading specialist in French art nouveau and art deco glass. The gallery is specialized in “Ecole de Nancy” objects. Glass by Emile Gallé, Daum-Nancy and Charles Schneider. Also furniture by Emile Gallé and Louis Majorelle.

Mrs Esveld only buys what she likes. First she must fall in love with the object, of course the object must have something special. The criteria are hard to describe, because they differ for each object, but for example it can be colour, height, rareness, etc. Quality and beauty, those are the key words.

Solution

Tiny wanted a contemporary design solution and their existing website needed drastically updating and so a new, modern interface was created to add a contemporary feel and give Gallery Tiny Esveld the internet presence it needed. Essential to the website was to re-create the feel of what the gallery specializes in as well as being different to, and stand out from, other competitors in this field.
